ProcurementIt starts with the initiation of the purchasing organization, requests, continues with tender evaluations and ends with update the technical docs for order. Plan and Cost Risk EstimatingThe planning work varies from pure engineering projects to EPC schedules with detailed prefab, procurement and installation schedules. The planning also involves change order work, impact of potential plan strategies and reporting the status of weekly and monthly basis, both internally and towards the Customer. Cost estimating works include CAPEX built-up for a project by evaluating all involved quantities (mainly materials and labour) and applying to them the unit costs extracted from an in-house data base and/or a market survey.
Project And Costs Monitoring & ControlWork consists of continuous monitoring of project progress and costs, monthly reporting, both externally and internally, monitoring of contractual financial issues, preparation of change order claims and invoicing. Document ControlThe main tasks are the planning, implementation, coordination and quality assurance of the project documentation and the daily management of document flow. The task also involves validation, preparation and transfer of register information to project tools for management of technical documentation. |
