The Scope of Work consist of a technical assistance (mainly in Italy and Australia) to the COMPANY for the evaluation of the bids relevant to the Flowline & Installation Package activities, including:

-          the review and pre-evaluation of the preliminary technical offers received by the Contractors
-          the assistance during preparation/revision of evaluation procedure and scoring model
-          the preparation of the preliminary technical clarification document for pre-lining up of further formal offers
-          the review and evaluation of the received formal technical offers by Contractors
-          attendance of technical clarification meetings between Company and Contractors
-          the preparation/revision of the final technical clarification documents
-          the assistance during the preparation of the final evaluation and recommendation document

Owner’s engineer for the Project that plans to transport 8 billions cubic metres per year from Albania to Italy across the south Adriatic Sea. The project include: transport line from Albanian offshore to the LNG plant in Albania close to Levan; Transport line from Levan to Italy. Estimated length 120km W.D. 850 (max). S.P.S. was involved in system design, tender preparation, bid evaluation and contractors follow-up for the 28” export pipeline from Albania re-gasification plant (Fier district) to tie-in connection with Italian national gas network in the Brindisi district.

SPS scope of work included tenders for:
- Evaluation of liquefied/gasified discharge facilities in the Albanian landfall
- Identification of Italian landfall
- Reconnaissance survey for the offshore pipeline from Albania to Italy
- Basic Design and FEED for offshore pipeline from Albania to Italy
- Basic Design and FEED for onshore pipeline from Italian landfall to the tie-in including all associated facilities
- Environmental Impact Assessment Study to obtain the relevant construction approval from Italian Authorities
- Basic Design and FEED of gas discharge facilities in the Albanian landfall
- Bid evaluation, assistance to contracts award and contractors follow-up for the above mentioned items
- Assistance to Client as regards technical aspects vs contacts with National Gas Network Operator

Hewett gas storage project scope is the utilisation of existing Deborah gas field for gas storage. The field is located in the UK North Sea, offshore Bacton at a water depth of approx. 40m. The project consist of three 32” pipelines, two for injection/production connecting Bacton terminal to two platforms and one interconnecting the two platforms, and two 4” pipeline for glycol injection piggy-backed on the 32” interconnecting the two platforms and on one of the 32” pipelines. S.O.W. for S.P.S. included the FEED of all the pipelines, spools and expansion loops, the basic design of SSIVs and shaft and tunnel for the onshore part, scope of work for SSIS supply and ITT-SoW for pipeline EPIC Contractor.

Advanced FEED for material procurement (Company supplied items) and EPIC, including technical documentation for ITT. IBLEO Project consists in offshore facilities (platform, subsea system and sealines) for treatment and export of gas extracted from 5 new subsea wells named PANDA W2, ARGO 2 ,CASSIOPEA 1, CASSIOPEA 2 and CASSIOPEA 3. The wells are located at about 30 km from Sicily coast in a water depth between 450m and 600m. S.O.W. for S.P.S. included the design of all the sealines and flowlines, PLEMs in-line tees, SSIVs  and part of the remaining subsea structures.
